Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 213

Section 63 (cooperation and information sharing by the Office for Students) is amended as follows. In subsection (6), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (7), at the appropriate place insert— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
