Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 46

Section 19 of the Food Standards Act 1999 (publication etc by the Food Standards Agency of advice and information) is amended as follows. In subsection (2), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (8), after “section” insert — “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
