Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 60(5)

Where an offence is certified under subsection (4), the Upper Tribunal may— inquire into the matter, and deal with the person charged with the offence in any manner in which it could deal with the person if the offence had been committed in relation to the Upper Tribunal.
