Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 65

Paragraph 28 of Schedule 19C to the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (civil sanctions: disclosure of information) is amended as follows. In sub-paragraph (4)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After sub-paragraph (5) insert— In this paragraph, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
