Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 75

Section 19 (disclosure of information held by revenue departments) is amended as follows. In subsection (7), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (9), after “section” insert — “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
