Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 86

Section 237 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (general restriction on disclosure) is amended as follows. In subsection (4), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After subsection (6) insert— In this section, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
