Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 92

Paragraph 9C (disclosure of information in connection with making of attachment of earnings orders or applications for benefit deductions: supplementary) is amended as follows. In sub-paragraph (5), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After sub-paragraph (5) insert— In this paragraph, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
