Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 97

In section 327B (disclosure of information about convictions etc of child sex offenders to members of the public: interpretation), after subsection (4) insert— “The data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
