Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 98(2)

In subsection (2), for “research purposes within the meaning given by section 33 of the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29) (research, history and statistics)” substitute “ purposes mentioned in Article 89(1) of the GDPR (archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research and statistics) ”.
