Schedule 19, Part 1, paragraph 99

Section 64C of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 (voluntary provision of data) is amended as follows. In subsection (3)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. In subsection (5), at the beginning insert In this section— “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
