In paragraph (2)— for “section 5 of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”), data which are” substitute “ section 207 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (“the 2018 Act”), data which is ”, for “data controller” substitute “ controller ”, after “in the context of” insert “ the activities of ”, and for “and the 1998 Act” substitute “ and the 2018 Act ”.
