In paragraph (1)(b)— for paragraph (iii) (but not the final “, and”) substitute— the results of a request made under Article 15 of the GDPR or section 45 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (rights of access by the data subject) to the National Identification Service for information contained in the Police National Computer in the words following paragraph (iii), omit “search”.
