Schedule 19, Part 2, paragraph 318

In regulation 3 of the Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines Regulations 2005 (interpretation)— for the definition of “data protection principles” substitute— “data protection principles” means the principles set out in Article 5(1) of the GDPR; at the appropriate place insert— “the GDPR” has the same meaning as in Parts 5 to 7 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(10), (11) and (14) of that Act);
