Schedule 19, Part 2, paragraph 363

Article 10 (disclosure of requested data to the Secretary of State) is amended as follows. In paragraph (1)— for “disclosure of data” substitute “ disclosure of information ”, and for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”. In paragraph (2)— for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”, for “those data are” substitute “ the information is ”, and for “receive those data” substitute “ receive that information ”. In paragraph (3), for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”. In paragraph (4), for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”.
