In paragraph (5)— in the English language text, for “documents which are subject to any order under section 30(2) of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute information— which the head teacher could not lawfully disclose to the pupil under the GDPR, or to which the pupil would have no right of access under the GDPR. in the Welsh language text, for “ddogfennau sy'n ddarostyngedig i unrhyw orchymyn o dan adran 30(2) o Ddeddf Diogelu Data 1998” substitute wybodaeth— na allai'r pennaeth ei datgelu'n gyfreithlon i'r disgybl o dan y GDPR, neu na fyddai gan y disgybl hawl mynediad ati o dan y GDPR.
