In regulation 3 of the Control of Poisons and Explosives Precursors Regulations 2015 (applications in relation to licences under section 4A of the Poisons Act 1972)— in paragraph (7), omit sub-paragraph (b) and the word “and” before it, and omit paragraph (8).
