Schedule 19, Part 2, paragraph 386

Regulation 12 (criteria for the designation of a credit reference agency) is amended as follows. In paragraph (1)(b), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”. After paragraph (2) insert— In this regulation, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).
