Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 25
This condition is met if— the processing consists of the processing of personal data about a prisoner for the purpose of informing a member of the House of Commons, a member of the National Assembly for Wales or a member of the Scottish Parliament about the prisoner, and the member is under an obligation not to further disclose the personal data. The references in sub-paragraph (1) to personal data about, and to informing someone about, a prisoner include personal data about, and informing someone about, arrangements for the prisoner's release. In this paragraph— “prison” includes a young offender institution, a remand centre, a secure training centre or a secure college; “prisoner” means a person detained in a prison.
