Those positions are— a director, secretary or other similar officer of a body corporate; a member of a limited liability partnership; a partner in a partnership within the Partnership Act 1890, a limited partnership registered under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 or an entity of a similar character formed under the law of a country or territory outside the United Kingdom.
