Schedule 20, Part 2, paragraph 6(3)

“The relevant time” means— in sub-paragraph (1), the time when the repeal of section 13 of the 1998 Act comes into force; in sub-paragraph (2), the time when the revocation of regulation 45 of the 2014 Regulation comes into force.
