Schedule 20, Part 9, paragraph 50

In section 159(1)(a) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (correction of wrong information) (as amended by Schedule 19 to this Act), the reference to information given under Article 15(1) to (3) of the UK GDPR includes information given at any time under section 7 of the 1998 Act.
