Schedule 20, Part 9, paragraph 52(4)

In this paragraph— “public authority” has the same meaning as in the 2000 Act; “the relevant time” means the time when the amendments of sections 2 and 40 of the 2000 Act in Schedule 19 to this Act come into force.
