Schedule 20, Part 9, paragraph 58(1)

The repeal of a provision of the 1998 Act does not affect its operation for the purposes of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (“the PECR 2003”) (see regulation 2 of those Regulations).
