Schedule 21, Part 2, paragraph 3

Anything done in connection with the EU GDPR as it was directly applicable to the United Kingdom before IP completion day, the applied GDPR or this Act— if in force or effective immediately before IP completion day, continues to be in force or effective on and after IP completion day, and if in the process of being done immediately before IP completion day, continues to be done on and after IP completion day. References in this paragraph to anything done include references to anything omitted to be done.
