Schedule 21, Part 3, paragraph 6

In the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (2)— references to regulations made under Article 45A of the UK GDPR (other than references to making such regulations) include the provision made in paragraph 5; references to the revocation of such regulations include the repeal of all or part of paragraph 5. Those provisions are Articles 13(1)(f), 14(1)(f), 45C, 49(1) and 49A(1) of the UK GDPR. In its application to transfers treated as approved by virtue of paragraph 1, Article 45C(5) of the UK GDPR (transfers approved by regulations: monitoring) has effect as if the reference to Article 45A(4)(b) were omitted.
