Schedule 21, Part 3, paragraph 9(1)

The requirement for safeguards to be provided under Article 46(1A)(a)(i) of the UK GDPR may be satisfied on and after IP completion day as described in sub-paragraphs (2) to (4), subject to sub-paragraph (5).
