Schedule 3, Part 3, paragraph 8(2)

The bodies referred to in sub-paragraph (1)(l) are— a National Health Service trust first established under section 25 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 18 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; a National Health Service trust first established under section 5 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990; an NHS foundation trust; an integrated care board established under section 14Z25 of the National Health Service Act 2006; NHS England; a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.
