Schedule 5, paragraph 6(1)

The appeal panel must, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day on which the appeal panel is established in accordance with paragraph 4— make a reasoned recommendation in writing to the accreditation authority, and give a copy of the recommendation to the applicant.
