Section 126(4)

Where the Commissioner becomes aware that the terms of such a code could result in a breach of an international obligation of the United Kingdom, the Commissioner must exercise the power under section 121(2), 122(2), 123(2) , 124(2) or 124A(3) with a view to remedying the situation.
