Section 141(6)

In this section— “principal office”, in relation to a registered company, means its registered office; “proper officer”, in relation to any body, means the secretary or other executive officer charged with the conduct of its general affairs; “registered company” means a company registered under the enactments relating to companies for the time being in force in the United Kingdom.
