Section 201(1)

No enactment or rule of law prohibiting or restricting the disclosure of information precludes a person from providing the First-tier Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal with information necessary for the discharge of— its functions under the data protection legislation, or its other functions relating to the Commissioner's acts and omissions.
