Section 94(14)

In this section— “the applicable time period” means the period of one month beginning with the relevant time, subject to subsection (14A); “the relevant time”, in relation to a request under subsection (1), means the latest of the following— when the controller receives the request, when the fee (if any) is paid, and when the controller receives the information (if any) required under subsection (5) in connection with the request.
