Section 94(5)

Where a controller— the controller is not obliged to comply with the request unless the controller is supplied with that further information. reasonably requires further information— in order that the controller be satisfied as to the identity of the individual making a request under subsection (1), or to locate the information which that individual seeks, and has informed that individual of that requirement,
