Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 3(3)

In subsection (2), after paragraph (zd) insert— in the case of proceedings falling within paragraph (df), to— a person, other than the Secretary of State or the Treasury (as the case may be), who is or was a party to the proceedings, or any person who for the purposes of the proceedings (but otherwise than by virtue of appointment as a special advocate) represents a person falling within sub-paragraph (i);
