Section 35(2)

In subsection (1)(a) “an involved person” means a person who— is or has been involved in an activity which is specified, by regulations made by an appropriate Minister, in relation to the list in question, is owned or controlled directly or indirectly by a person who is or has been so involved, is acting on behalf of or at the direction of a person who is or has been so involved, or is a member of, or associated with, a person who is or has been so involved.
