Section 41(3)

In this section— “goods” has the same meaning as in sections 19 and 20 (see subsections (13) of those sections); “prohibited goods” has the same meaning as in section 19 (see subsection (13) of that section); “relevant goods” has the same meaning as in section 20 (see subsection (11) of that section).
