Section 54(6)

In this section “enactment” includes— an enactment contained in any Order in Council, order, rules, regulations or other instrument made under an Act, an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament, an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under, a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales, an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under, Northern Ireland legislation, and any assimilated direct legislation.
