Section 56(5)

Where this subsection applies— the reference in section 55(3)(b) to the day on which the statutory instrument is made is to be read as a reference to the first day on which any provision of the regulations contained in the instrument comes into force for any purpose in accordance with regulations under this section, and any reference in section 55(3) or (4) to 28 days is to be read as a reference to 60 days.
