Section 57(5)

Where this subsection applies, paragraph 21(2) of Schedule 2 is to be read as requiring the laying of a copy of the report to which that provision relates— before the House of Commons at the time the instrument or draft mentioned in subsection (4) is laid before the House of Commons, and before the House of Lords at the time that instrument or draft is laid before the House of Lords.
