Section 59(1)

Part 1 of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc Act 2010 is repealed, except for— paragraphs 1 to 5 of Schedule 1 to that Act (amendments of rules of court), and section 45(1) of that Act so far as it introduces that Schedule.
