Section 63(3)

Her Majesty may by Order in Council provide for any of the provisions of Part 1, section 51 and this Part, or any regulations under Part 1 (whether made before or after the making of the Order in Council), to extend with or without modifications to— any of the Channel Islands; the Isle of Man; any of the British overseas territories.
