Schedule 3, Part 3, paragraph 9

Section 12A (power of the Secretary of State to make provision about elections) is amended as follows. In subsection (2)— after paragraph (a) insert “ and ”, and omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it. In subsection (3), omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it. In subsection (5)(a)— omit “or the European Parliamentary Elections Act 2002”, and omit “, European Parliamentary elections”.
