Schedule 5, Part 2, paragraph 4(5)

For the purposes of this paragraph each of the following is a “relevant matter”— assimilated law, EU law, the EEA agreement, the EEA EFTA separation agreement, the Swiss citizens' rights agreement, the withdrawal agreement, and anything which is specified in the regulations and which relates to a matter mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) , (c), (ca), (cb) or (cc).
