Schedule 7, Part 1, paragraph 5(1)

Sub-paragraph (2) applies to— a statutory instrument to which paragraph 1(1) applies, or a statutory instrument to which paragraph 1(3) applies which would not otherwise be made without a draft of the instrument being laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
