Schedule 7, Part 1A, paragraph 8C(15)

In sub-paragraph (14) “relevant devolved legislature” means— in the case of regulations made jointly with the Scottish Ministers, the Scottish Parliament, in the case of regulations made jointly with the Welsh Ministers, the National Assembly for Wales, and in the case of regulations made jointly with a Northern Ireland department, the Northern Ireland Assembly.
