Schedule 8, Part 2, paragraph 25

Section 2 (consistent application of law to the whole of the EEA) is amended as follows. In subsection (3)— in paragraph (a), after “Act” insert “ as at immediately before exit day ”, and omit paragraph (b), the “or” before that paragraph and the words after that paragraph. After that subsection insert— This section is subject to any amendment, repeal, revocation or other modification of retained EU law on or after exit day. Omit subsections (4) to (6).
