Schedule 8, Part 2, paragraph 33

In section 30 (other instruments laid before the Scottish Parliament), after subsection (6), insert— This section does not apply in relation to any regulations made in accordance with paragraph 6 of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (including that paragraph as applied by paragraph 19(7) of that Schedule).
