Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 36A(3)

Sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) are subject to— sections 1 to 1B and the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU, any provision made under section 23(6) of this Act or section 41(5) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020, and any other provision made by or under this Act, the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 or any other enactment.
