Section 25(2)

In section 12— subsection (2) comes into force on the day on which this Act is passed for the purposes of making regulations under section 30A of the Scotland Act 1998, subsection (4) comes into force on that day for the purposes of making regulations under section 109A of the Government of Wales Act 2006, and subsection (6) comes into force on that day for the purposes of making regulations under section 6A of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
