Section 6(5C)

Before making regulations under subsection (5A), a Minister of the Crown must consult— the President of the Supreme Court, the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Lord President of the Court of Session, the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, the Senior President of Tribunals, and such other persons as the Minister of the Crown considers appropriate.
